Hot Honey Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 teaspoon optional salt for finishing.
02 - A couple tablespoons of spicy honey.
03 - 12 super thin red onion slices.
04 - 4 slices of coppa.
05 - 2 strips of shredded prosciutto.
06 - 1/4 cup smooth ricotta cheese.
07 - 1/4 cup fresh mozzarella cheese.
08 - 1/4 cup of your favorite pizza sauce.
09 - 1 prepared ball of dough for pizza.

# Instructions:

01 - Crank up the pizza oven to 700°F if you're using one, or set a regular oven with a stone to 550°F.
02 - Sprinkle flour on your pizza peel and stretch the dough into a circle, about 11 to 13 inches wide.
03 - Spread the sauce, then add mozzarella, dollops of ricotta, torn prosciutto, coppa slices, and onion.
04 - Make sure the dough still slides around on the peel. If it sticks, add a bit more flour underneath.
05 - Bake for 2 minutes, giving it a turn every 15 seconds or so.
06 - Bake for about 10 minutes, making sure to rotate it about halfway through cooking.
07 - Drizzle the hot honey across the top, sprinkle on a little finishing salt, cut into slices, and enjoy.

# Notes:

01 - If you're using a pizza oven, go with Neapolitan dough.
02 - Be sure to drain that fresh mozzarella first.
03 - Oven types need different temperature setups.
