Sweet Pecan Butter (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup honey.
02 - 1/4 cup pecans.
03 - 1/8 teaspoon salt.
04 - 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened.
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn oven to 350°F. Chop pecans, scatter on a flat pan.
02 - Bake pecans for about 5-7 minutes till lightly browned. Let them cool completely.
03 - Blend the butter with cinnamon, salt, vanilla, and honey until creamy.
04 - Combine the cooled pecans into the mixture and stir gently.
05 - Enjoy at room temp.
