Easy Fried Rice (Print Version)

This fried rice is quick, delicious, and uses up leftover rice with fresh veggies, eggs, and savory seasonings.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 3 cups of leftover cooked white rice
02 - 2 slightly whisked eggs

→ Vegetables

03 - 1 small chopped onion
04 - 1 cup of thawed frozen carrots and peas
05 - 2 teaspoons of chopped garlic

→ Seasonings

06 - 1/4 cup soy sauce
07 - 3 tablespoons of sesame oil

# Directions:

01 - Pour sesame oil into a big pan or wok, then warm up using medium-high heat.
02 - Toss in the garlic, peas, onions, and carrots, then keep stirring until they're soft.
03 - Move the veggies to the side, lower the heat a bit, and cook the eggs while scrambling until set.
04 - Add the rice and soy sauce, then stir everything together and fry until hot and blended well.

# Notes:

01 - Switch it up by adding shrimp, chicken, or tofu
02 - Using chilled, leftover rice gives it a better texture
