Coat a baking dish (9x13 or 11x7) with cooking spray.

In a big pot, stir 2 cups of sugar along with other ingredients, then let it sit for a bit.

With steady stirring on medium heat, bring to a boil.

After it boils, continue heating for one minute and then pour into your prepped pan.

Leave it to cool on the counter for around 15 minutes.

Pop it in the fridge for 3 hours until it sets well.

Line a cutting board with some parchment and sprinkle sugar on top.

Use a metal spatula to separate the gel from the pan and place it on your cutting board.

Use small cookie cutters to carve out shapes.

Leave the cut pieces out overnight—at least 8 hours.

Roll each piece in the leftover sugar until it’s covered nicely.
