Cookie Fudge Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Christmas sprinkles for decoration.
02 - 2 tablespoons of butter.
03 - 1¼ cups of sugar cookie mix (make sure to treat it with heat first).
04 - 2½ cups of white chocolate chips.
05 - 1 can (14 oz) of sweetened condensed milk.

# Instructions:

01 - Cover a 9x9 pan with parchment, and spray it lightly with non-stick spray.
02 - In a big pot, gently heat the sweetened condensed milk on medium, stirring often as it warms.
03 - Toss in the white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, and butter. Keep stirring until it turns melty and smooth.
04 - Take it off the heat and stir in your sprinkles generously.
05 - Pour the mixture into your lined pan, then sprinkle a little more sprinkles on top.
06 - Let it cool in the fridge for at least two hours, or leave overnight for best results.
07 - Cut into small snackable squares or chunks.

# Notes:

01 - To heat-treat the cookie mix, microwave it in 30-second bursts until it hits 165°F, or bake it at 350°F for 5 minutes.
02 - Store in an airtight container for a week at room temperature or up to three weeks in the fridge.
