Herb Russet Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
02 - 6 medium-sized russet potatoes.
03 - 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
04 - 1 teaspoon of salt.
05 - 1½ teaspoons of finely chopped fresh parsley.
06 - 1 teaspoon of rosemary.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 425°F to heat up.
02 - Slice the potatoes into chunks about 1½ inches wide.
03 - Mix the potato pieces with oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary so everything's coated.
04 - Lay the potatoes in a greased baking dish in a single layer.
05 - Bake for 30-35 minutes until soft, flipping the pieces halfway through.
06 - Add a sprinkle of parsley right before you serve.
