Turn oven on to 350°F (175°C).

Cover baking tray with parchment paper.

Stir together cocoa, baking powder, salt, and flour.

Beat sugar and butter until light and smooth.

Add in vanilla and egg, then mix well.

Slowly stir dry mix into wet mix.

Shape dough into 1-inch balls.

Roll each dough ball in the chopped hazelnuts.

Press a small indent into the middle of every ball.

Pop in oven for 10-12 minutes, until firm.
