01 - 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
02 - 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
03 - 1/4 cup milk or cream
04 - 1/4 cup gorgonzola cheese
05 - 1 tbsp white truffle oil

06 - Ground sage or freshly chopped
07 - Ground oregano or freshly chopped
08 - Ground thyme or freshly chopped
09 - Salt to taste
10 - Black pepper to taste
11 - Grated parmesan cheese

# Directions:

01 - Heat the olive oil or butter in a large saucepan over medium-low heat and add the sliced mushrooms.
02 - Cook the mushrooms for about 5 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper after 4 minutes.
03 - Stir in the milk or cream and gorgonzola cheese, allowing the cheese to fully melt.
04 - Remove the saucepan from heat and mix in the truffle oil, herbs, and additional salt and pepper as needed. Adjust sauce thickness by adding more gorgonzola or grated parmesan if desired.
05 - Add cooked pasta to the saucepan and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
06 - Top with grated parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
