# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces of softened cream cheese.
02 - 1 stick (½ cup) of unsalted butter, softened.
03 - 1 large egg.
04 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring.
05 - One box (15.25 oz) of yellow cake mix.
06 - ½ cup of festive sprinkles.
07 - ½ cup of powdered sugar for coating.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and cover baking trays with parchment paper.
02 - Combine cream cheese, butter, egg, and vanilla until silky and smooth using a mixer.
03 - Gradually blend in the cake mix until you get a dense dough, then delicately fold in your sprinkles.
04 - Let the dough rest in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes to firm up.
05 - Form the dough into 1½-inch balls and roll them in powdered sugar to coat thoroughly.
06 - Pop them in the oven for 10-12 minutes, just until the edges slightly firm up but the centers stay soft.
