Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs (Print Version)

Bite-sized dough balls with seasoned beef, cheddar, and buttery garlic-Parmesan exterior.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
03 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Dough and Topping

04 - 1 package biscuit or pizza dough
05 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
08 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper, then stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
03 - Mix the cooled beef with shredded cheddar cheese.
04 - Roll out the biscuit or pizza dough and cut into 3-inch squares.
05 - Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture onto each dough square. Fold and pinch the dough to seal, forming a smooth ball.
06 - Arrange the balls seam-side down on the baking sheet. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over each dough ball. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and parsley.
07 - Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
08 - Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.

01 - These bombs can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for 1 month. Reheat in a 175°C (350°F) oven to maintain their texture.
