Fresh Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tbsp milk.
02 - 2 large eggs.
03 - 1½-2 cups plain flour.
04 - ¾ tsp salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Beat the eggs with milk and salt till it’s smooth.
02 - Blend in 1 cup of flour first. Add more bit by bit until a slightly sticky dough forms.
03 - For 3-5 minutes, knead on a counter sprinkled with flour until it doesn't stick. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
04 - Flatten the dough really thin—less than ¼-inch-wide—on a counter sprinkled lightly with flour.
05 - Slice into strips using a knife or pizza cutter. Pile the strips loosely together.
06 - Drop into hot water for 2-3 minutes until soft, or add directly to a soup.

# Notes:

01 - Store them dry for later use.
02 - They freeze great either raw or cut.
03 - You don’t need any fancy tools for this.
