# Ingredients:

01 - 12 small sandwich rolls (suggest King’s Hawaiian).
02 - 1/4 cup of mayo.
03 - 1 tablespoon of creamy horseradish.
04 - 8 ounces of Swiss or provolone slices.
05 - 8 ounces of thinly sliced roast beef from the deli.
06 - 1/2 cup of cooked, sweet onions.
07 - 4 tablespoons of melted butter, unsalted.
08 - 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon of powder made from onions.
10 - 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder.
11 - About 1/2 tablespoon fresh, chopped parsley (plus extras to sprinkle).
12 - Around 2 cups of beef stock or broth (used for jus).
13 - 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter (for making jus).
14 - 1 minced clove of garlic (for making jus).
15 - 1.5 tablespoons plain flour (optional for jus).
16 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (for jus).
17 - 1-2 teaspoons of roasted beef concentrate (optional, for jus).
18 - Either 1 teaspoon fresh thyme or 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme (for jus).
19 - A bit of kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper (for jus).

# Directions:

01 - Set the oven to 350°F and lightly butter a casserole dish.
02 - Cut the slider buns into top and bottom halves. Toast the cut sides for about 1-2 minutes under the broiler.
03 - Mix mayo with horseradish. Spread half of it on the bottom buns, then lay them out in the buttered dish.
04 - Build layers starting with half the cheese, followed by roast beef, caramelized onions, and the rest of the cheese.
05 - Spread the rest of the mayo mixture over the tops of the buns. Place them on the cheese and meat layers.
06 - Mix melted butter with onion and garlic powders, Worcestershire, and parsley. Generously coat the rolls with this mixture.
07 - Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes. Take off the foil, then bake another 5-8 minutes until the surface is golden.
08 - Melt butter in a pan, cook minced garlic briefly, and stir in flour if you decide to use it.
09 - Slowly whisk in broth, Worcestershire, thyme, and beef base if using. Let it simmer 10 minutes, adjust seasoning, and strain it to make it smooth.
10 - Cut the sliders, sprinkle extra parsley, and serve warm with the jus on the side for dipping.
