Feta Cranberry Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1½ cups of dried cranberries.
02 - ⅓ cup chopped green onions.
03 - 8 oz of soft cream cheese.
04 - ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese.
05 - 1 tbsp sugar, optional.
06 - 4 large tortillas (about 8 inches each).

# Instructions:

01 - Stir cranberries, feta, onions, sugar, and cream cheese together.
02 - Whip the cream cheese until it’s creamy.
03 - Spread about ¼ cup of the mix evenly over each tortilla.
04 - Roll each tortilla as tightly as you can into a log shape.
05 - Use plastic wrap to cover each roll completely.
06 - Refrigerate anywhere from an hour to a whole day.
07 - Slice the chilled rolls into 1-inch pieces to create pinwheels.

01 - A serrated knife works best for neat slices.
02 - Making this ahead of time works perfectly.
