Copycat Texas Roadhouse Bites (Print Version)

Golden fried bites with spicy pepper jack cheese and jalapeños, perfect for sharing or snacking.

01 - 16 oz Pepper Jack cheese, shredded
02 - 2-3 jalapenos, diced
03 - 1/2 cup flour
04 - 1 large egg
05 - 1 cup milk
06 - 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
07 - 1 tsp cayenne pepper
08 - 1 tsp paprika
09 - 1 tsp garlic powder
10 - Oil for frying

# Directions:

01 - In a bowl, combine shredded cheese and diced jalapenos.
02 - Shape the cheese mixture into approximately 1 1/2-inch balls, squeezing tightly to compress. Place on a cookie sheet and freeze for about 30 minutes.
03 - Preheat your deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
04 - Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with a mixture of egg and milk, and one with bread crumbs combined with cayenne, paprika, and garlic powder.
05 - Roll each frozen cheese ball in flour, then dip it in the milk mixture, and finally coat it in seasoned bread crumbs.
06 - Fry the coated cheese balls in batches for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
07 - Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces.
