# Ingredients:

01 - 12 oz of cranberries, fresh or frozen.
02 - ¾ cup of water, filtered if you can.
03 - 1 cup of sugar (use ¾ cup honey or maple syrup instead if you'd prefer).

# Directions:

01 - Throw the water and sugar (or honey/maple syrup) into a big saucepan. Heat it up on medium.
02 - Keep stirring until the sugar has fully melted. Let it gently bubble.
03 - Add the cranberries, and wait for the mix to boil lightly. Then, turn the heat down and let it simmer for about 12–15 minutes. Give it a stir occasionally.
04 - As the cranberries pop open, you'll notice the sauce thickening up. Sweeten more if you'd like.
05 - Take it off the heat and give it time to cool down to room temperature before digging in.
06 - It's a sweet and tangy mix that's great to share!

# Notes:

01 - Tangy cranberries paired with just enough sweetness make this a great addition to your holiday table.
