Fun No-Bake Easter Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pudding Blend

01 - 2 small boxes (3.4 oz each) of instant vanilla pudding mix
02 - 1/2 cup room-temperature unsalted butter
03 - 8 oz brick of softened cream cheese
04 - 3 cups of chilled milk
05 - 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
06 - 1 container (8 oz) thawed whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

→ Cookie Dirt Layers

07 - 14 oz bag of chocolate sandwich cookies (e.g., Oreos), crushed finely

→ Topping Decorations

08 - 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
09 - Drops of green food dye
10 - Easter-themed candy like jellybeans, chocolate eggs, or Peeps
11 - Optional: tiny chocolate bunnies for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - In one mixing bowl, cream together the powdered sugar, softened cream cheese, and unsalted butter until smooth and fluffy. Separately, stir the cold milk into the pudding mix for about 2 minutes until it's thickened up, then combine that with the cream cheese mixture. Gently fold in the whipped topping at the end.
02 - Break down your chocolate cookies into tiny crumbs. Use a food processor for quick results, or place them in a sealable bag and crush them manually with a rolling pin.
03 - Spread an even layer of the prepared pudding mixture on the bottom of a casserole dish (9×13-inch size). Scatter crushed cookies over the top. Repeat this step until the dish is filled, ending with a cookie layer on top.
04 - Add a few drops of green food coloring into a bowl of shredded coconut and toss until the color is consistent. Sprinkle the dyed coconut on the cookie layer to mimic grass.
05 - Top your dessert with colorful candies, chocolate eggs, Peeps, or even small chocolate bunnies. Arrange these creatively over the grassy surface.
06 - Pop the assembled dish into the fridge for at least 2 hours to let it set properly. Serve cold using a big spoon and enjoy every bite!

# Notes:

01 - Swap vanilla pudding for chocolate if you want a deeper, chocolaty flavor.
02 - You can put this together up to a day ahead of time and store it in the fridge.
03 - Add a layer of crushed nuts like almonds or peanuts for a crunchy variation.
