Deep Dish Pizza Pie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ tsp basil.
02 - 1½ cups warm water.
03 - 1 tbsp olive oil.
04 - 2¼ tsp yeast.
05 - 4½ cups mozzarella.
06 - 3½ cups flour.
07 - ½ cup onion.
08 - 1 lb Italian sausage.
09 - 1 tsp sugar.
10 - 1 tsp salt.
11 - 28 oz crushed tomatoes.
12 - ½ cup pepperoni.
13 - ½ cup butter.
14 - 1 tbsp tomato paste.
15 - 2 garlic cloves.
16 - 1 tsp oregano.
17 - 1½ cups Parmesan.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine sugar with warm water and yeast, then wait for bubbles to show up.
02 - Mix the yeast blend with flour, oil, and salt in a big bowl.
03 - Work the dough by hand for about 5 to 7 minutes until smooth.
04 - Give the dough an hour to puff up in a warm spot.
05 - In a skillet, brown meat with onion and garlic.
06 - Stir in herbs, crushed tomatoes, and paste, and simmer the sauce.
07 - Stretch the dough out and fit it into a deep pan.
08 - Start with cheese, then add meat sauce, and sprinkle parmesan on top.
09 - Spread butter and some more cheese over everything.
10 - Put it in the oven at 425°F and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
