Use either a heavy pan or tofu press to press tofu for about 15 minutes. Slice into smaller pieces and put in a bowl.

Mix the rest of the ingredients together in a small bowl. Pour it over the tofu and stir gently to cover evenly. Leave for 15 minutes.

Set air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Spread tofu evenly in a single layer and cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking once or twice to cook all sides equally.
