Crispy Air Fryer Tofu (Print Version)

Golden, delicious tofu air-fried and coated in a simple soy and sesame mix. No need for cornstarch!

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 block (16 oz) of extra-firm tofu
02 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
03 - 1 tbsp of sesame oil, toasted
04 - 1 tbsp of olive oil
05 - 1 minced garlic clove

# Directions:

01 - Use either a heavy pan or tofu press to press tofu for about 15 minutes. Slice into smaller pieces and put in a bowl.
02 - Mix the rest of the ingredients together in a small bowl. Pour it over the tofu and stir gently to cover evenly. Leave for 15 minutes.
03 - Set air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Spread tofu evenly in a single layer and cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking once or twice to cook all sides equally.

# Notes:

01 - You can swap sesame oil with olive oil.
02 - Lasts up to 4-5 days in the fridge.
03 - Extra firm tofu works best for crispy texture.
