Combine bread crumbs, half the Parmesan, Italian herbs, pepper, and salt in one shallow dish.

In another dish, stir together the eggs and milk until smooth.

Put the all-purpose flour in a third dish and set it aside.

Take each piece of chicken and fully coat it in the dish of flour.

Submerge the flour-coated chicken in the egg and milk mixture.

Cover each chicken breast completely with the bread crumb mixture.

In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Fry chicken for about 3-4 minutes each side until golden brown.

Place the browned chicken pieces into the greased baking dish.

In a small bowl, mix the rest of the Parmesan, all the mozzarella, and the minced garlic.

Sprinkle the cheese mixture on top of the chicken breasts evenly.

Bake the chicken for 20-25 minutes. It’s done when the meat is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
