Parmesan Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
03 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
04 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
05 - 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
06 - 1 cup plain bread crumbs.
07 - 2 large eggs.
08 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour.
09 - 1/4 cup milk.
10 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
12 - 4 chicken breasts, no skin or bones.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven to 375°F and lightly coat a baking dish with some olive oil.
02 - Combine bread crumbs, half the Parmesan, Italian herbs, pepper, and salt in one shallow dish.
03 - In another dish, stir together the eggs and milk until smooth.
04 - Put the all-purpose flour in a third dish and set it aside.
05 - Take each piece of chicken and fully coat it in the dish of flour.
06 - Submerge the flour-coated chicken in the egg and milk mixture.
07 - Cover each chicken breast completely with the bread crumb mixture.
08 - In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Fry chicken for about 3-4 minutes each side until golden brown.
09 - Place the browned chicken pieces into the greased baking dish.
10 - In a small bowl, mix the rest of the Parmesan, all the mozzarella, and the minced garlic.
11 - Sprinkle the cheese mixture on top of the chicken breasts evenly.
12 - Bake the chicken for 20-25 minutes. It’s done when the meat is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
