# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt.
02 - 1 teaspoon pepper.
03 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar.
04 - 1½ pounds pork belly, dried, chopped into 1-inch chunks.
05 - 3 tablespoons canola oil.
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up your air fryer to 400°F.
02 - Combine oil, sugar, and spices in a bowl. Toss pork chunks till coated.
03 - Spread the pork evenly in your air fryer basket, working in parts if space is tight.
04 - Let the pork air fry for 18 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket now and then until it crisps up.

# Notes:

01 - Dry the pork well to get crispy edges.
02 - If the basket gets crowded, fry in portions.
03 - You can bake this in the oven instead.
