Take your tofu and press it for about 15 minutes. You can use a tofu press or even something heavy like a pan. Then, chop it into smaller cubes and toss them into a bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix together the rest of the ingredients. Drizzle this mixture onto your tofu pieces, giving them a good stir to coat everything evenly. Let it sit for 15 minutes to soak in all the flavor.

Get your air fryer set to 375°F (190°C) and let it preheat. Arrange the tofu cubes in a single layer inside the fryer. Cook them for around 10-15 minutes, shaking things up a couple of times so they all brown evenly.
