Quick Crispy Tofu Air Fryer (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - A 16-ounce block of extra-firm tofu
02 - 2 tbsp of soy sauce
03 - 1 tbsp of sesame oil (roasted)
04 - 1 tbsp of olive oil
05 - A minced garlic clove

# Instructions:

01 - Take your tofu and press it for about 15 minutes. You can use a tofu press or even something heavy like a pan. Then, chop it into smaller cubes and toss them into a bowl.
02 - In a separate bowl, mix together the rest of the ingredients. Drizzle this mixture onto your tofu pieces, giving them a good stir to coat everything evenly. Let it sit for 15 minutes to soak in all the flavor.
03 - Get your air fryer set to 375°F (190°C) and let it preheat. Arrange the tofu cubes in a single layer inside the fryer. Cook them for around 10-15 minutes, shaking things up a couple of times so they all brown evenly.

# Notes:

01 - You can use only olive oil if preferred
02 - Lasts about 4-5 days when refrigerated
03 - Using super-firm tofu makes it extra crispy
