# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 cup marinara sauce
02 - ½ cup sour cream
03 - 1 package (8 oz) Pillsbury Crescent Rolls, chilled
04 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
05 - 1 lb ground beef
06 - ¼ cup parmesan, finely grated
07 - 1 onion, chopped small
08 - 8 oz mozzarella, shredded

# Instructions:

01 - Throw the ground beef and chopped onion into a hot skillet. Cook them while stirring until browned completely, then get rid of any extra grease.
02 - Stir the marinara sauce into your cooked beef and season it with salt and pepper to your liking. It's ready to go from here.
03 - Grab a medium bowl, and stir together the mozzarella and sour cream until they're completely blended.
04 - Spread the warm beef mixture across the bottom of a 2.5-quart casserole dish. Smooth the cheesy mix on top as evenly as you can.
05 - Lay out the crescent dough sheet flat and place it carefully over the cheesy layer, covering everything properly.
06 - Use a small bowl to combine melted butter with grated parmesan. Brush or drizzle this over the dough layer.
07 - Pop it in an oven preheated to 375°F for 20-25 minutes. It's done when the crust is golden and the filling bubbles.
08 - Pull it out of the oven and leave it for a bit to cool down before dishing it out to enjoy.

# Notes:

01 - This easy-to-make dish has a hint of Tuscan flavor and looks as great as it tastes.
02 - Experiment with extras like a dash of Italian spices or cooked bell pepper bits if you'd like.
03 - Pair it with some fresh greens on the side to round out your meal.
04 - Keep leftovers in the fridge up to 3 days, then warm them in your microwave or oven when ready.
