10-Minute Peanut Noodles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 small packet (3 oz) dry ramen noodles, skip using the seasoning mix

→ Peanut Sauce

02 - 2 tablespoons natural creamy peanut butter, unsweetened
03 - ½ tablespoon dark soy sauce
04 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 tablespoon spicy sriracha (adjust to your liking)
06 - 1 tablespoon sweet honey or maple syrup
07 - 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
08 - Salt, as much as you prefer
09 - ½ teaspoon sesame oil, toasted

→ Garnish

10 - 1 green onion, finely sliced
11 - 1 tablespoon crushed, toasted peanuts
12 - Fresh red chili slices, optional for heat

# Instructions:

01 - Bring water to boil and cook noodles until firm. Toss the flavor packet and save ¼ cup of the cooking liquid before draining.
02 - Stir together peanut butter, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, honey, lemon juice, sesame oil, salt, and the ¼ cup of hot cooking water until smooth.
03 - Taste the sauce and tweak any flavors to get it just right for you.
04 - Mix the noodles into your sauce, adding some green onions and peanuts. Keep stirring to coat everything evenly.
05 - Top it off with extra green onions, peanuts, and some chili if you want an extra kick.

# Notes:

01 - Use the hot noodle water to help the sauce blend better
02 - Add more or less sriracha if you'd like it hotter or milder
03 - This all comes together in under 10 minutes
