# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Seasoning

01 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
02 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
03 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
04 - 1/2 tsp salt
05 - 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper

→ Main Ingredients

06 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.3 lbs)
07 - 2 Tbsp olive oil
08 - 2 Tbsp butter
09 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
10 - 1 cup chicken broth
11 - 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
12 - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
13 - 1/3 cup heavy cream
14 - 2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
15 - 2 cups spinach

# Directions:

01 - In a small bowl, mix together Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and freshly cracked black pepper.
02 - Using a sharp knife, carefully fillet each chicken breast into two thinner cutlets. Season both sides with the prepared seasoning mix.
03 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Once hot, cook chicken on each side until golden brown and fully cooked, approximately 4 minutes per side. Remove chicken to a clean plate and cover to keep warm.
04 - In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium-low. Add butter and minced garlic, sautéing for 1 minute until fragrant.
05 - Pour chicken broth into the skillet. Stir in Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce, scraping up any brown bits from the bottom of the pan.
06 - Add heavy cream and grated parmesan cheese to the skillet. Stir well and allow the sauce to simmer for 5 minutes. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
07 - Stir fresh spinach into the sauce, allowing it to wilt in the heat.
08 - Return the cooked chicken breasts to the skillet, spoon the Dijon sauce over the chicken, and allow it to heat through. Serve hot with your preferred side dish.
