Creamy Chicken Orzo (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1½ cups chicken stock.
02 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
03 - ½ teaspoon oregano, dried.
04 - ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper.
05 - 1 tablespoon of tomato paste.
06 - 2 tablespoons salted butter.
07 - ⅓ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
08 - 1 cup orzo pasta, uncooked.
09 - 4 minced garlic cloves.
10 - ½ cup white wine, dry.
11 - 1 cup creamy heavy whipping cream.
12 - ½ cup grated parmesan cheese.
13 - Freshly torn basil leaves.
14 - 2 cups of shredded chicken (cooked).

# Instructions:

01 - Mix up the oil, butter, crushed red pepper, oregano, chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, minced garlic, and orzo. Let it cook for a couple of minutes.
02 - Pour in the wine and let it bubble for about a minute. Stir in the stock and cream, cooking for roughly 10 minutes while stirring often.
03 - Toss in the chicken, parmesan, and basil. Put the lid on, and leave it for 3-5 minutes for the sauce to thicken.

# Notes:

01 - Feel free to add extra liquid if needed while it cooks.
02 - Stir often so nothing sticks to the bottom.
03 - No wine? Just swap it out with some extra broth.
