Creamy Chicken Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 ounces softened cream cheese.
02 - 4½ cups shredded, cooked chicken.
03 - 1 cup cottage cheese.
04 - 1 sleeve of Ritz crackers, finely crushed.
05 - ½ cup sour cream.
06 - ¼ teaspoon onion powder.
07 - ¼ teaspoon garlic powder.
08 - 5 tablespoons melted butter.
09 - 1 (10.5-oz) can of unsalted cream of chicken soup.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and give a 9x9-inch dish a spray with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - Combine the chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese, garlic and onion powders, and soup in a big bowl. Once it’s all mixed, spread it in the dish you prepared.
03 - Toss the crushed crackers with the melted butter, then scatter it over the top of the chicken mixture.
04 - Pop it into the oven and bake uncovered for 30 to 40 minutes until it's bubbly and hot.

01 - Grab a rotisserie chicken to save time.
02 - You can prep this ahead and stick it in the freezer.
03 - Make sure the cream cheese is super soft for easy mixing.
04 - Swap crackers for pork rinds and use gluten-free soup to make it gluten-free.
