Luscious Berry Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cheesecake Layer

01 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar
02 - 8 ounces cream cheese, brought to room temperature
03 - 1 cup whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

→ Fresh Fruit and Extras

06 - 1 cup blackberries
07 - 1 cup blueberries
08 - 1 cup raspberries
09 - 1 cup strawberries, trimmed and sliced
10 - 1 cup mini marshmallows, optional

# Instructions:

01 - Take your softened cream cheese and give it a good mix until it's smooth. Toss in the Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla, and stir until it's all blended nicely.
02 - Slowly fold the whipped topping into the mixture, being careful to leave it fluffy and airy.
03 - Rinse all the berries and pat them dry. Slice the strawberries into smaller pieces for easy bites.
04 - Dump the strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and mini marshmallows (if you're using them) into the cheesecake mix. Gently stir everything until the berries are completely coated.
05 - Pop the mixture in the fridge for at least half an hour. Once chilled, it's ready to dish out and enjoy your cool and creamy treat!

# Notes:

01 - Plan Ahead: You can prepare the creamy mixture in advance, but keep the berries separate until it's time to serve so they stay fresh and crisp.
02 - Storing Leftovers: Keep any extra in the fridge, tightly covered, and finish it within 2 days.
03 - Try Some Crunch: Sprinkle some granola or crushed graham crackers as a last-minute topping for added texture.
