# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups whole milk.
02 - 2 tablespoons cornstarch.
03 - 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed in tight.
04 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
05 - 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted.
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
07 - 1-2 cups of tiny chocolate chips.
08 - Optional: small chocolate chip cookies as topping.

# Instructions:

01 - In a saucepan, blend salt, cornstarch, and brown sugar together.
02 - Slowly whisk in milk until smooth and creamy.
03 - Heat on medium, stir constantly for 5-7 minutes until it thickens.
04 - Remove from heat, stir in butter and vanilla until fully mixed.
05 - Scoop into your serving dish.
06 - Lay plastic wrap flat on the pudding's surface to cover it.
07 - Set in the fridge for 2 hours to chill thoroughly.
08 - Gently mix in chocolate chips just before eating.
09 - Add mini cookies if you'd like a crunchy topping.
