Tropical Sweet Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Key Components

01 - 1 ½ cups drained, crushed pineapple
02 - 3 eggs, large
03 - 1 can (14 oz) condensed milk, sweetened
04 - ½ cup butter, melted
05 - 1 ½ cups plain flour
06 - 1 tsp baking powder
07 - 1 tsp vanilla essence
08 - A tiny pinch of salt

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 350°F (175°C) and prep a 9×9-inch pan by greasing or lining it with parchment paper.
02 - Throw the condensed milk, melted butter, vanilla, eggs, and pineapple into a big bowl. Stir until smooth and combined.
03 - In a separate bowl, sift the flour, salt, and baking powder. Slowly fold this into the wet stuff until everything’s just blended.
04 - Pour the batter into the pan you prepared, making sure to smooth the top out evenly.
05 - Place the pan in the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until it's golden and a toothpick in the middle comes out clean.
06 - Let it cool all the way before slicing into 9 pieces and enjoying.

# Notes:

01 - Sprinkle shredded coconut or zest some citrus for a fun flavor twist.
02 - You can swap canned pineapple with fresh, just make sure it's drained and chopped up small.
03 - Store leftovers in a sealed container at room temp for 3 days, or keep 'em in the fridge for a week.
04 - Enjoy warm or cold! Tastes amazing with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
