Cinnamon Roll Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup granulated sugar
02 - 3 cups all-purpose flour
03 - 2 teaspoons pure vanilla
04 - 4 teaspoons baking powder
05 - 1/2 cup melted salted butter
06 - 2 eggs
07 - 1 1/2 cups whole milk

→ Cinnamon Filling

08 - 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
09 - 3/4 cup softened salted butter
10 - 1 cup packed brown sugar
11 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

→ Simple Glaze

12 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla
13 - 5 tablespoons milk
14 - 2 cups powdered sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 350°F. Spray a 9x13 pan with nonstick spray to stop any sticking.
02 - Blend flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs, milk, and vanilla with a hand mixer. Slowly stir in the melted butter. Pour into your prepared pan.
03 - Stir together the softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour until it’s mixed well.
04 - Dollop the cinnamon mixture all over the batter. Grab a knife and swirl it around to mix it in.
05 - Pop the pan into the oven for 35-40 minutes. It’s done when a knife in the center comes out clean.
06 - Combine powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla in a bowl. Drizzle over the warm cake before cutting.
