Turn your oven on to 350°F. Spray a 9x13 pan with nonstick spray to stop any sticking.

Blend flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs, milk, and vanilla with a hand mixer. Slowly stir in the melted butter. Pour into your prepared pan.

Stir together the softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour until it’s mixed well.

Dollop the cinnamon mixture all over the batter. Grab a knife and swirl it around to mix it in.

Pop the pan into the oven for 35-40 minutes. It’s done when a knife in the center comes out clean.

Combine powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla in a bowl. Drizzle over the warm cake before cutting.
