02 - 1 cup granulated sugar
03 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream

05 - Zest and juice of 2 large fresh oranges
06 - 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
07 - ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into a springform pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
02 - In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the granulated sugar, mixing until well combined. Stir in the orange zest and juice.
