Chocolate Crockpot Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 bag (24 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips.
02 - 2 jars (16 oz each) salted, roasted peanuts.
03 - Sprinkles if you'd like.
04 - 1 package (24 oz) almond bark, broken up or cut.

# Instructions:

01 - Start by putting the peanuts at the bottom of your crockpot.
02 - Toss the almond bark pieces on top of the peanuts.
03 - Pour the chocolate chips over everything as your last layer.
04 - Let it cook on low heat for an hour, then stir it all together.
05 - Continue to cook for another 30 minutes, stirring until smooth and creamy.
06 - Cover baking sheets with wax paper or parchment.
07 - Spoon small portions onto the lined sheets, leaving around an inch between each one.
08 - While still soft, sprinkle decorations over the candy before it hardens.
09 - Pop them into the fridge for an hour to firm up completely.

# Notes:

01 - Keep in a sealed container for up to a week at room temp or up to a month refrigerated.
02 - Ensure no water touches the chocolate during cooking or it’ll turn gritty.
03 - This makes between 60 and 100 pieces, depending on size.
