# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, cut up.
02 - 1/4 cup heavy cream.
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
04 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
05 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
06 - 1 cup all-purpose flour.
07 - 1/4 cup milk.
08 - 1 cup creamy peanut butter.
09 - 4 large eggs.
10 - 1 cup chocolate frosting or ganache.
11 - Reese's Pieces for topping.
12 - 1/4 cup cocoa powder.
13 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
14 - 1 teaspoon baking powder.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) to warm up.
02 - Cover a 10x15 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
03 - Combine the cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder by sifting.
04 - Whip the eggs and sugar until they turn light and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
05 - Stir in the milk and vanilla, then gently mix the dry ingredients into the wet ones.
06 - Pour the batter into the pan and bake it for 10-12 minutes.
07 - Wrap the cake while it's still warm using a towel dusted with powdered sugar, then let it cool down all the way.
08 - Blend powdered sugar, peanut butter, and cream until smooth.
09 - Carefully unroll the cake, put on the peanut butter filling, scatter the chopped Reese's cups, then gently roll it back up.
10 - Drizzle the roll with chocolate frosting and sprinkle Reese's Pieces on top.
