Chicken Tortellini Parmesan Garlic (Print Version)

Cheese-filled tortellini, juicy chicken, and crisp broccoli come together in a flavorful garlic parmesan sauce.

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 oz of cheese-filled tortellini.
02 - 2 chopped chicken breasts.
03 - 2 tbsp of olive oil.
04 - 4 minced garlic cloves.
05 - 1 cup of thick cream.
06 - Half a cup of chicken stock.
07 - 1 cup shredded fresh Parmesan.
08 - 2 cups of broccoli.
09 - A teaspoon of seasoning blend (Italian).
10 - Chopped parsley for topping.
11 - Season with some salt and pepper.

# Directions:

01 - Cook tortellini in boiling water. Fresh cooks in 3-5 minutes, frozen takes 8-10.
02 - Warm the oil, then cook seasoned chicken for 5-7 minutes until it turns golden. Remove and set it aside.
03 - Briefly cook garlic for a minute. Add broth and cream, let it simmer for a couple of minutes, then mix in Parmesan until melted.
04 - Combine the chicken, broccoli, and tortellini into the sauce. Stir to coat everything.
05 - Taste and adjust seasoning, then sprinkle parsley before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Leave enough room in the pan when cooking the chicken.
02 - Keep some pasta water to thin the sauce if needed.
03 - Steam the broccoli first to keep it looking bright.
