Cheesy Corn Bake (Print Version)

01 - 1/2 cup sugar
02 - 1 package (8 oz) softened cream cheese
03 - 1/2 cup melted butter
04 - 1/4 tsp onion powder
05 - 1 tsp salt
06 - 1/2 cup milk
07 - 1/2 cup sour cream
08 - 1/4 tsp garlic powder
09 - 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
10 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
11 - 1/2 cup dry cornbread or muffin mix
12 - 2 (15 oz) cans of corn, drained

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch square pan.
02 - Stir together softened cream cheese, sour cream, milk, melted butter, sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
03 - Mix in the corn, cheddar cheese, and cornbread mix gently.
04 - Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake for about 45 to 50 minutes, or until it looks golden and bubbly.
05 - Wait around 5-10 minutes before diving in.

# Notes:

01 - Switch out cheddar for Monterey Jack if you prefer something milder.
02 - Want more heat? Toss in chili flakes or chopped jalapeños.
03 - It's perfect with grilled chicken or BBQ ribs on the side.
