Cheesy Rice Chicken Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons of melted butter for topping.
02 - 1 cup of crushed Ritz crackers.
03 - ½ teaspoon of garlic powder.
04 - ½ teaspoon of dried thyme.
05 - 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
06 - ½ cup of sour cream.
07 - ½ cup of milk.
08 - 10.5 ounces of cream of chicken soup.
09 - 2 cups of fresh broccoli florets.
10 - 1¼ cups of long-grain white rice.
11 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
12 - 2½ cups of chicken broth.
13 - 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning.
14 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
15 - 2 tablespoons of butter.

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven ready by heating it to 350°F. Dice the chicken and sprinkle with seasoning.
02 - Sauté the chicken in warm butter until it’s thoroughly cooked.
03 - Prepare rice in broth for 6 minutes, then toss in broccoli and simmer for 9 more minutes.
04 - Take the rice off the heat and leave it covered for 10 minutes to settle.
05 - Mix the chicken, cooked rice, soup, milk, sour cream, and cheese together.
06 - Pour into a baking dish, sprinkle with cheese and cracker crumbs. Pop in the oven for a total of 25 minutes.

01 - Rotisserie chicken works too.
02 - Can prep in advance and freeze it.
03 - Add your topping right before baking.
