# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 tbsp olive oil
02 - Salt and pepper, to taste
03 - 1 cup milk
04 - 8 oz pasta (like penne or rotini)
05 - 1 small onion, diced
06 - 1 lb ground beef
07 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
08 - 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
09 - 2 cups beef broth

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the onion and ground beef into a big pot with olive oil over medium heat. Cook until the onion softens up and the beef browns. Get rid of any extra grease.
02 - Mix in the pasta, milk, ranch mix, and broth. Let it come to a boil. Lower the heat, cover it up, and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring now and then, until the pasta's done.
03 - Take the pot off the heat. Stir in the shredded cheese until it's smooth and melted.
04 - Sprinkle some salt and pepper over it. Serve while it's warm.

# Notes:

01 - Sprinkle some chopped green onions or parsley on top for extra flavor.
02 - You can swap ground beef for ground chicken or turkey if you'd like.
03 - Feel free to adjust the cheese amount to your liking.
