Cheddar Bacon Ranch Pierogi (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 oz package frozen potato-filled pierogi
02 - 3-4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
03 - 2-3 oz cream cheese
04 - 1/2 cup chicken broth
05 - 2 tsp ranch salad dressing seasoning
06 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
07 - Thinly sliced green onions, for garnish (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Place the frozen pierogi in a single layer in a casserole dish.
02 - Add the cream cheese, chicken broth, and ranch salad dressing seasoning to a medium-sized pan. Heat over medium heat, whisking and stirring often until fully incorporated and smooth.
03 - Pour the prepared sauce evenly over the pierogi in the casserole dish.
04 - Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon evenly over the sauced pierogi.
05 - Bake the dish at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and the pierogi are fully cooked.
06 - Garnish the casserole with thinly sliced green onions before serving.
