Heat the oven to 350°F. Cover a baking tray with parchment paper, then scatter the oyster crackers evenly.

In a pan, melt the butter. Stir in sugar, vanilla, and the cinnamon until combined. Let the mix boil for a couple of minutes until it gets thicker.

Drizzle the warm caramel sauce all over the crackers, making sure to coat them well. Add salt on top.

Place in the oven for about 7 to 9 minutes. Keep an eye on it to avoid burning.

After cooling down completely, break them into clusters. Store in a sealed container.
