Salty Caramel Bites (Print Version)

Oyster crackers covered in caramel goodness and topped with a pinch of salt—so addictive for any snack craving.

# Ingredients:

→ Base & Seasonings

01 - 1 teaspoon of salt
02 - 9 ounces of oyster crackers (about one package)
03 - Half a teaspoon of cinnamon

→ Caramel Sauce

04 - Two sticks (1 cup) of butter
05 - A single cup of brown sugar
06 - 2 teaspoons of vanilla

# Directions:

01 - Heat the oven to 350°F. Cover a baking tray with parchment paper, then scatter the oyster crackers evenly.
02 - In a pan, melt the butter. Stir in sugar, vanilla, and the cinnamon until combined. Let the mix boil for a couple of minutes until it gets thicker.
03 - Drizzle the warm caramel sauce all over the crackers, making sure to coat them well. Add salt on top.
04 - Place in the oven for about 7 to 9 minutes. Keep an eye on it to avoid burning.
05 - After cooling down completely, break them into clusters. Store in a sealed container.
