04 - Chill in the fridge for two hours until the mix firms up.
05 - Cover a baking tray with parchment paper.
06 - Get a shallow bowl ready with sanding sugar.
07 - Scoop out small teaspoon-sized portions and roll them into rounds.
08 - Coat each ball in sanding sugar by rolling them in the bowl.
09 - Pop the coated balls onto the parchment-covered tray.
