BLT Pasta Salad (Print Version)

Turn BLT flavors into a creamy salad with rotini, crispy bacon, fresh veggies, and homemade ranch dressing for a tasty side dish.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half.
02 - 1 avocado, chopped into small cubes.
03 - 13 slices of crispy, chopped bacon.
04 - 1 packet of ranch seasoning.
05 - 1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley.
06 - 1/2 large red onion, finely diced.
07 - 2 cups of chopped romaine lettuce.
08 - 1 1/2 cups of cubed cheddar cheese.
09 - 16 ounces of cooked rotini pasta.
10 - 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise.
11 - 1/2 cup sour cream.

# Directions:

01 - Stir together mayo, sour cream, and the ranch mix. Put it in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes.
02 - Boil your rotini until ready. Run it under cold water, then strain it well.
03 - In a big bowl, toss the pasta with the veggies, bacon, and cheese.
04 - Gently mix in the dressing. Serve right after tossing together.

02 - Lettuce should go in last to stay crisp.
