Blackstone Cheeseburger Quesadilla (Print Version)

Crispy quesadillas stuffed with juicy beef, cheddar, pickles, and tangy sauce, cooked golden on the Blackstone.

# Ingredients:

→ Quesadilla Ingredients

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
03 - 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
04 - 0.25 cup dill pickles, chopped
05 - 4 burrito-size tortillas (10-inch)
06 - 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

→ Special Sauce Ingredients

07 - 0.5 cup mayonnaise
08 - 2 tablespoons ketchup
09 - 2 tablespoons pickles, minced
10 - 1 tablespoon onion, minced
11 - 2 teaspoons white vinegar

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the Blackstone Grill to medium-high heat (approximately 200°C or 400°F).
02 - Brown the ground beef on the Blackstone Grill until fully cooked and no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper.
03 - Mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, minced pickles, minced onion, and white vinegar in a bowl until combined.
04 - Place tortillas on the Blackstone Grill. Spread the special sauce on one half of each tortilla. Layer with cooked ground beef, chopped pickles, and shredded cheddar cheese.
05 - Fold the tortillas in half. Cook each quesadilla until the bottom is golden brown (approximately 2–3 minutes). Flip and cook the other side for 2–3 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
06 - Remove the quesadillas from the grill. Slice each one into 4 pieces and serve warm.
