05 - 1 cup of frozen berry mix (190g)

06 - 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
07 - ¼ block of silken tofu
08 - 1 tablespoon of nut butter
09 - 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
10 - 1 carrot
11 - 1 cup of kale or spinach
