Heat oven to 375°F, and cover a baking sheet with foil, folding up the sides slightly.

Lay lemon slices on the foil, then place salmon on top with skin facing down.

Mix melted butter with honey and lemon juice. Pour most of it over the salmon, saving a little for later.

Add seasoning to the salmon, wrap it in the foil, and bake for about 15 minutes.

Unwrap the salmon, drizzle with the leftover sauce, then broil for 5-10 minutes until it turns golden.
