Baked Honey Lemon Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 lemon, cut into thin slices
02 - 1 to 1.25 pounds salmon fillet with skin on

→ Sauce

03 - 3 to 4 tablespoons of honey
04 - 2 to 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
05 - 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter

→ Seasonings

06 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
07 - 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley (optional)
08 - 1 teaspoon Kosher salt by Morton

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F, and cover a baking sheet with foil, folding up the sides slightly.
02 - Lay lemon slices on the foil, then place salmon on top with skin facing down.
03 - Mix melted butter with honey and lemon juice. Pour most of it over the salmon, saving a little for later.
04 - Add seasoning to the salmon, wrap it in the foil, and bake for about 15 minutes.
05 - Unwrap the salmon, drizzle with the leftover sauce, then broil for 5-10 minutes until it turns golden.

# Notes:

01 - You can let it marinate for 10-15 minutes ahead of baking.
02 - Store leftovers in the fridge for up to three days.
03 - Keep an eye on it while it’s broiling so it doesn’t burn.
