Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Lay an eggroll wrapper down in a diamond shape. Place a slice of ham in the center, followed by a mozzarella stick. Fold in the sides of the wrapper around the cheese and roll tightly to form an eggroll shape. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

Lightly brush each stick with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt to taste.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until browned to your liking. Check a couple of minutes early as oven temperatures may vary.

Remove the sticks from the oven. Turn them over and bake for an additional 4-5 minutes or until evenly browned.

Serve warm with your preferred dipping sauce.
