02 - 1 cup of sharp cheddar, shredded
03 - 2 cups (450 grams) cottage cheese
04 - 6 large eggs

07 - Fresh or frozen spinach
08 - Slices of ham
09 - Diced mushrooms

# Directions:

01 - Set your oven temperature to 375°F (190°C) and let it heat up fully before baking. This step ensures the dish cooks evenly.
02 - Take a medium baking dish and lightly coat it with some butter or cooking spray to keep food from sticking.
03 - Break 6 eggs into a big bowl. Add 2 cups of cottage cheese and a cup of shredded cheddar. Stir it all together until smooth.
04 - Sprinkle in some salt and pepper, along with any other seasonings you like—try garlic powder or chopped herbs. Toss in any extra veggies or meats you’re using.
05 - Pour the mixture into your greased pan and spread it out evenly. Bake for 25–30 minutes. When it’s done, a knife stuck in the center should come out clean.
