Creamy Baked Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of spaghetti.
02 - 8 tablespoons of butter.
03 - 2 cups of thick whipping cream.
04 - 3 garlic cloves, smashed.
05 - Adjust salt and pepper as needed.
06 - 1 cup of parmesan, shredded.
07 - 1 pound of sausage, no casing.
08 - 24 ounces of marinara sauce.
09 - 1 cup of mozzarella, grated.

# Directions:

01 - Set oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x13 pan.
02 - Boil the spaghetti until just firm to the bite. Scoop out 1/4 cup of water from the pot, then drain.
03 - In a wide pan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir garlic in for half a minute. Pour in cream and simmer until it thickens. Turn off heat, then stir in parmesan until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
04 - Mix the pasta with your creamy alfredo. Lay it flat in the greased dish.
05 - Cook sausage in a pan until browned, draining any grease. Add marinara and stir well.
06 - Spread the meat mixture over the pasta. Sprinkle mozzarella on top.
07 - Bake for about half an hour, or until the cheese bubbles and melts over the top. Add basil or parsley for garnish if you'd like.
