Set oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x13 pan.

Boil the spaghetti until just firm to the bite. Scoop out 1/4 cup of water from the pot, then drain.

In a wide pan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir garlic in for half a minute. Pour in cream and simmer until it thickens. Turn off heat, then stir in parmesan until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Mix the pasta with your creamy alfredo. Lay it flat in the greased dish.

Cook sausage in a pan until browned, draining any grease. Add marinara and stir well.

Spread the meat mixture over the pasta. Sprinkle mozzarella on top.

Bake for about half an hour, or until the cheese bubbles and melts over the top. Add basil or parsley for garnish if you'd like.
