Sweet Crispy Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - A handful of chopped parsley for sprinkling.
02 - 4 big potatoes, skinned and chopped into chunks.
03 - 1 tsp of black pepper, ground fresh.
04 - 2 slices of thick bacon, diced.
05 - Some olive oil for roasting.
06 - Half a tsp of salt, plus extra for boiling water.
07 - 2 tablespoons of honey.
08 - 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped.

# Instructions:

01 - In salted water, cook the potato chunks for about 8 minutes until soft.
02 - Crank up the oven to 400°F and place an oiled tray inside to heat up.
03 - Scatter potatoes on the preheated pan, coat with oil, salt, and pepper. Pop in the oven for 30 minutes.
04 - Sauté bacon till crispy, then mix in garlic and honey.
05 - Keep roasting potatoes another 10-15 mins, then mix with garlic honey bacon and sprinkle with parsley.

01 - Feel free to spice it up with any seasonings you like.
02 - You could skip the bacon for a meat-free version.
