# Ingredients:

→ For the Dough

01 - 3/4 cup water, 110°F
02 - 1 teaspoon sugar
03 - 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
04 - 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
05 - 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

→ For the Beef Topping

07 - 1 pound extra lean ground beef
08 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
09 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
10 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
11 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
12 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

→ For the Pizza

13 - 1 cup pizza sauce
14 - 3 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and mozzarella blend)
15 - 6 strips bacon, fried
16 - 1/2 cup sweet pickle slices
17 - 1/2 cup burger sauce

# Directions:

01 - Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it into crumbles until no pink remains. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Continue cooking until lightly browned, then remove from heat and drain. Set aside. Cut the bacon into 1-1.5 inch pieces, fry over medium-high heat until cooked but not crispy. Drain on paper towels. Slice sweet pickles 1/4 inch thick, dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Prepare pizza sauce, shredded cheese, and burger sauce for assembly.
02 - Fill a mixing bowl with hot tap water to temper it. Discard water and add 3/4 cup of water heated to 110°F. Stir in 1 teaspoon sugar, sprinkle yeast on top, and let sit for 2 minutes. Whisk in olive oil, then mix in flour and salt using a wooden spoon. Knead the dough into a smooth ball, cover with a clean tea towel, and let it rise in a warm, draft-free area.
03 - Preheat oven to 500°F. Spray a pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray. Roll the dough out onto the pan and evenly spread it to the edges. Spread pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a 3/4 inch border. Toss shredded cheese, cooked bacon, and beef together, then evenly distribute over the sauced area. Bake the pizza for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden. Remove from oven, add pickle slices, drizzle burger sauce, and serve immediately.
