In a big skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat. Keep at it until it’s no longer pink.

Toss out any extra grease. Add in your garlic, stirring for about a minute till it smells amazing.

Follow the instructions on the pasta package. Drain it when it’s done and set aside.

Mix together the soy sauce, hoisin, brown sugar, beef broth, ginger, and both peppers. Stir everything well.

Combine water and cornstarch, then pour into the beef mixture. Stir and cook till the sauce gets thick.

Toss the linguine into the mixture, letting it soak up the flavors for a couple of minutes. Sprinkle on green onions before serving.
