Asian Beef Noodles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 10 ounces linguine.
02 - 4 green onions, sliced.
03 - 5 cloves garlic, minced.
04 - 1/3 cup soy sauce.
05 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch.
06 - 2 tablespoons water.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger.
09 - 1/3 cup brown sugar.
10 - Pinch of red pepper flakes (if you like a little heat).
11 - 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce.
12 - 1 pound ground beef.
13 - 1/4 cup beef broth.

# Instructions:

01 - In a big skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat. Keep at it until it’s no longer pink.
02 - Toss out any extra grease. Add in your garlic, stirring for about a minute till it smells amazing.
03 - Follow the instructions on the pasta package. Drain it when it’s done and set aside.
04 - Mix together the soy sauce, hoisin, brown sugar, beef broth, ginger, and both peppers. Stir everything well.
05 - Combine water and cornstarch, then pour into the beef mixture. Stir and cook till the sauce gets thick.
06 - Toss the linguine into the mixture, letting it soak up the flavors for a couple of minutes. Sprinkle on green onions before serving.
